How Floscale Growth Partners handles your personal information.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
Who we are
Floscale Growth Partners ("we", "us") provides fractional finance, go-to-market and related services to recruitment agencies. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. To contact us about your data, use the Email us link.
What we collect
- Enquiries. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, company, email address, phone number (optional) and the message you write.
- Website analytics. If you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived.
- Break-even calculator. The calculator runs in your browser. The figures you enter are not sent to us. We only record, if you have accepted analytics, that the calculator was used.
- Email. If you email us, we keep the message and your email address.
Why we use it, and our legal basis
- To respond to your enquiry and, if you ask, discuss our services: our legitimate interests in running our business and answering people who contact us, or steps you ask us to take before entering a contract.
- To understand and improve how the website is used: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations, where they apply.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of providers to run the website. They act on our instructions or as independent controllers, as applicable.
- Netlify hosts this website and receives contact form submissions on our behalf.
- Google provides Google Analytics, if you accept analytics cookies.
- LinkedIn provides the embedded posts on our homepage. When those load, LinkedIn may receive information such as your IP address and set its own cookies. See LinkedIn's own privacy policy for how it uses that information.
Some of these providers may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses with the UK addendum.
Cookies
We set analytics cookies only if you click Accept on the cookie banner. If you decline or ignore it, analytics cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer of any page.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries and emails: for as long as needed to deal with your request, and for up to 24 months afterwards unless we start working together. If we do, we keep records for as long as our legal and accounting obligations require.
- Analytics data: in line with the retention period set in our Google Analytics account.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for access to your personal information, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. To use any of these rights, contact us using the Email us link.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, including using HTTPS on this website and reputable providers. No online service can be completely secure.
